Hi-Tech Science College is approved by the Govt. of Orissa vide letter no - 6853/RDE Dt.31.03.07 and established under section 5(6) of OE act,1962. The institute alongwith its seven sisters are situated on the river bank of gurguling Kuakhai near Rasulgarh ,Bhubaneswar.
